1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777poker ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing any part of the 777poker website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

777poker reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version in all circumstances. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

All account communications, support interactions, promotional materials, and in-platform notifications are issued in English. By registering, you confirm that you are sufficiently proficient in English to understand these Terms and to operate the platform without assistance.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on 777poker, to make any deposit, or to place any bet or wager. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 18+

2.2 By registering, you declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You further warrant that you are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or personal restriction from accessing or using online gambling services.

2.3 777poker enforces age verification at two stages: at the point of registration (via date-of-birth entry) and during the KYC identity verification process that must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Players who are found to be underage at either stage will have their account closed immediately. 3. Account Registration

KYC Identity Verification

777poker operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid identity documents. Accepted documents include a national identification card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of your registered payment method (for example, a screenshot of your bKash account showing your name and mobile number). KYC verification is completed by the compliance team within 24–48 hours of document submission in most cases. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonus & Promotions

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed.

5.3 Unless stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all 777poker promotions:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or used in any other account.

6. User Obligations

6.1 By registering and using 777poker, you agree to use the platform solely for your personal entertainment and in strict compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

6.2 The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777poker and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of sports fraud in connection with bets placed on 777poker.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained via an exploited error are void and will be removed from your account balance.
• Money laundering or using 777poker in connection with any activity that violates anti-money-laundering (AML) laws.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a third party or placing bets on behalf of another individual using your account.
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward the 777poker support team or other platform users.

6.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 777poker is lawful in your jurisdiction. 777poker provides its services on a good-faith basis and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform in violation of local laws.

6.4 You must keep your registered email address and mobile number current. If your contact details change, you must update them in your account settings promptly. 777poker cannot be held responsible for missed communications — including withdrawal approvals or account security alerts — resulting from outdated contact information.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 777poker reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) a chargeback or payment reversal that remains unresolved; (e) any other circumstance in which the platform determines, at its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or to other players.

7.2 Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds at the time of closure for a breach are forfeited in their entirety.

7.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. A voluntarily closed account can be reopened upon request, subject to KYC re-verification. If you have self-excluded, your account cannot be reopened before the expiry of the self-exclusion period you selected.

7.4 Self-exclusion is available as a responsible gaming tool from your account settings. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the selected duration. During a self-exclusion period, 777poker will not send promotional emails to the excluded account and will not permit the account to be logged in to. If you attempt to open a new account during a self-exclusion period, that account will be closed immediately when identified.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 777poker provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available and functioning at all times, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777poker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 777poker has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 777poker is not responsible for losses arising from: (a) internet connectivity issues on the player's side; (b) delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, power outages, or telecommunications failures; (d) actions of third parties who gain access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

8.4 Where 777poker is found to be liable despite the provisions above, its aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to the platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Nothing in these Terms limits 777poker's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration. The working language of any dispute resolution process will be English.
